Want to share XP and ME PC's ISP?

I Want to share my XP and ME PC's ISP and printer ...The XP PC is connected
now and I was wondering whether I could go through the XP PC....or do I need
a hub?......I have USB ports free on both PC's and I could install a second
10/100 card in the main XP PC...any suggestions ....I just want the second
ME PC to browse the internet...Preferably without the need for another IP
address fee???.......USB to USB is it possible?
