What a question is very simple. As I have used public IP, the vnc server
behind the firewall could use the command "winvnc -connect my-ip". I had not
knew about winvnc command and argument.
If someone has the similar trouble, use the command "winvnc -connect " in
the side of vnc server. Ah!! you should run the vncviewew as a silent mode
before you are commanding it.
