I have just set up Wanadoos wireless router to a desktop PC and a laptop and
both are connected to the internet OK. My question is, can I use this
router to network the 2 - gain access to the desktops files, printer etc?
The desktop is 98SE and the laptop XP

Yes, on Win 98SE you need to enable 'File and print sharing for Microsoft
Networks'.

Start / Settings / Control panel / Network .....

Presumably similar on XP.

Put both PCs in the same workgroup!
