Wanadoo 2GB cap in action?

Does anyone know if the 2GB cap on Wanadoo broadband is in action yet
on their 512kbps service? They said it would start in late 2004 but I
haven't heard any anouncements about it.

None of the Wanadoo Broadband caps are currently being enforced.
