Wan Servers setup

I have 2 windows 2003 r2 servers in 2 different locations that i need advice
on. The 1st one is a domain controller and the 2nd one i need to install
and join to the active directory so i can use the DFS for replication
purposes? Both locations are on cable connections with dlink cable/dsl
routers. Any advice would help?
