Does anybody know where I can buy a wall-mounted extension (slave) box with
adsl filter built in - i.e. with both an adsl and a phone socket? I can
find BT master sockets that do this, and plug-in filters but not extension
(slave) sockets.

TIA
Chris

I can see only:
- faceplates for MASTER sockets with adsl and phone outlets
- faceplates for slave sockets with ONLY adsl (but no phone) outlets
Can you point me to faceplates for SLAVE sockets with BOTH adsl and phone
outlets

All combinations but the one that I need {:-(
- faceplates for MASTER sockets with both adsl and phone outlets
- faceplates for slave sockets with ONLY adsl (but no phone) outlets
- dual adsl/phone secondary box does not contain a filter.

What I am looking for is a secondary (slave) faceplate or box containing a
filter/splitter with both adsl and phone outlets.

Buy a master and cut out the capacitor and the resistor ,you now have a
slave or secondary as they are more usually known.

There is nothing stopping you using primaries only ,its not considered good
practice though ,and it usually cost more money as secondaries are
cheaper .

Get the master one and either use it as is or remove the bell
capacitor from it.

Hi

It is possible to make these up using clip in sockets, faceplate and the cct
board from a filter.
The total cost is about £8.
I have been looking at offering a service making custom sockest as well as
supplying off the shelf filters.
but have seen limited demand for them so far.
