Waaahmbulance for BT, please

According to "a statement" [that I haven't managed to find on BT's
website] BT are complaining about Ofcom's file sharing rules only
applying large fixed line ISPs.

What a bunch of whiners. Seeing as BT own such a large proportion of the
comms infrastructure in this country, pretty much any ISP one might
migrate to is going to be paying BT somewhere along the line anyway.

And if, as ISPs keep telling us, heavy P2P users are small in number but
account for a disproportionate amount of internet traffic, why are they
bothered about losing them?!?

Anyone who wants to contribute can. It would appear that BT has thrown
its hat in the ring already. Not surprising really...
