W98/XP Network Problem

I can ping both comp using IP but not name. I can see the
computers and shares but get an error message about "Not
enough memory" when I double click them. There is nothing
else installed, only W98SE with 192MB Ram and a 30 gig
HDD.

Please Help

Make sure that NetBIOS over TCP/IP is enabled on both computers:
