Hi,
Do you use Windows 2003 as SMTP service? If so open Internet Information
Service MMC and right click on Default SMTP service and select properties.
Click on Access and select Relaying. Make sure that "Only the list below" is
selected and click on Add and e.g. under Group of Computers enter your
private IPs (e.g. 10.10.1.1 mask 255.255.0.0 -- use IPs from your network).
Close all windows and restart SMTP service
net stop smtpsvc & net start smtpsvc
Note. Any computer that has IP in range that you entered will be able to
relay e-mail from any to any domain.
I hope this helps,
Mike
