W2K3 DHCP Losing Scope Setup Details

I have two Windows Server 2003 DHCP servers, each
configured with multiple scopes (same subnets but
different IP ranges, etc. for failover).

For one scope (out of seven) one of the DHCP servers is
consistently losing two items: 1) it reverts to zero days
from 14 on lease duration and 2) it loses its DNS settings
under scope options. None of the other six scopes on
this server are affected.

Any suggestions as to the cause and remedy?

Thank you,

Bill
