W2003 SBS RRAS: Exception in msvcrt.dll

Hello,

I am trying to get the Remote Access service running on a plain Windows 2003
SBS SP2.
No strange software, no strange sevices - just a plain Windows 2003 SBS SP2.

All other services are running fine, until I try to start the Remote Access
service.
"The svchost.exe is abnormaly terminated, and several other services are
halted."

The following "Application Fault"-line is recorded in the EventLog.
I don't have a clue, so I really need some advice,
just to know where to start looking.
