W2003 Problems with clients 9x

Hi guys, i have a problem when :
1.- try logon to domain 20003 (messages : The domain
password you supplied is not correct,or access to your
logon server has been denied." I can use this user name
and password from other W2k workstation to logon
successfully. And this works fine last week as well. How
can this be changed? Please help!

2.- if i conecct to domain then disconnect to the network
after 20 o 30 minutes, and all the shared resources don't
access from the other clients, i have 200 pc with connect
a printer and shared resource, and this is a problem ,
others computer don't connect to this resources.

Please can your help me.

Same problem for me, following things solved my problem
(Yes, no account lock out since 10 days)
But for some people, they informed this did not work.
You can try, if you wish:

If clients are win98 FE, upgrade to SE.
Download critical update patches and
install on 98SE clients.

1. Default Domain Policy: Account Lockout Threshold, increase to
15 or more.
2. Default Domain Policy: Microsoft Network Clients .. Digitally
sign Communication Always - Set to Disabled
