DUMP THE JUNK!!

Any company whose web pages take four and five minutes to load OBVIOUSLY
has NO CLUE what the web nor IT is ALL ABOUT!

Needless to say, I've CC'd them on this reply!!

Maybe someone at their "organization" will "get a flippin CLUE"

No problem loading the Vyyo site here. Have you run a
traceroute? Perhaps you're the one with no clue about how the
web works.

Pot meet kettle.

No. Unfortunately, the wonks at this company *are* clueless........

I cc'd two addresses at this company when posted the above message:
(E-Mail Removed) and (E-Mail Removed) It should have been quite obvious
to the recipients at this company that I was *responding* to a Usenet
post and that I was not the original poster seeking advice or support.

Well, it was not obvious to them. Here's a reply a received a couple of
hours later:

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Vyyo customer support.
We don't supply the password for the modem, you should contact your ISP for
further assistance.
Thank you,

For the record - when I tried going to their web site http://www.vyyo.com

I got the following error:

The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need
to adjust your browser settings.

Traceroute showed the following:

Eventually - the site came back online

You are indeed clueless. Vyyo provides hardware to broadband
system providers who, imagine this, setup the hardware, to
include passwords. A "simple" user like our buddy Chris would
typically have zero access to the technical manuals. You,
however, insist that Vyyo is without clue, that trouble
getting to their website is their fault and God knows what
else. You, my friend, have issues.
