We are installing a new network and adding several
Windows 2003 server computers.

The Network guys intend to set the new network up with
VRRP Protocal for the redundant routers.

Would the Win2K3 servers requrie a reboot if the Virtual
MAC address changes for the router, or does it do a
Gratuitus ARP request periodically so that it learns the
new MAC?

Brian-
The virtual MAC/IP should not change (unless the network guys change it). If
they do you can clear your arp (arp -d *) or wait until your arp table enrty
expires and your server will arp as normal and should get the new MAC
address.
