My problem is that once I have logged on - I never get the Windows Authentication screen again - even if something is changed on the Server.
If I change my password on my workstation, I will then get the Authentication screen and it will remember it again. But if I want to log on as another user (say as my administrator account) the only way I can see to get the Authentication screen again is to change my password again. There must be some way to force a new authentication without going through this - at least I would think so.
Thanks,
Tom

I have access to my C drive and D drive through 2 shares that I am in and
have full access.
I have no problem accessing the drives from at work, but I can seem to get
access from my VPN. I can access other machines but not all.
If I go through my VPN, I can see the shares but when I try to open them I
get an error that says I don't have access to this share.
I would expect to get a Windows authentication screen that recognizes my
credentials when I put them in and gives me access. But for these, I don't
get the Windows authentication screen.
Why is that? How can I fix that?
This seemed to happen after I took out the Everyone group which had only
read access.
Thanks,
Tom
