VPN through NAT Firewall

I want to set up my Windows 2003 Sm Bus Server to able to
be vpn into. I have a NAT firewall setup currently and
want to keep the server behind it for better sercurity.
What do I need to configure in the server to gain access
to my vpn connection on the server?
