VPN

Can someone help me, I'm trying to add the VPN adapter and
I get a message that reads I am missing file "ATMUI.DLL".
In addition everytime I reboot my computer get a message
telling me I am missing file "NDISWAN.VXD". I have tried
installing the 98 cd again to look for file but I keep
getting the message it doesn't exist.
