hello ng,

i have a standalne 2003 server without any domain membership on which
i'd like to install ms-vpn services. is ms rras service suited to work
on a standalone server. the ras users should only be able to connect
to this specific server.

Yes, that is OK. You simply control access locally. Set up accounts for
each user on the server. You can allow remote access directly from the user
account or use remote access policy.
