I gave up setting up VPN.
Following every instructions and configurations, and the only thing won't
change is it won't connect although all types of error codes were coming up.
It amazes me for how many frustrated people like myself are on the net for
searching solutions during my own search for possible solution.
The wizard for both server and XP should help you to do the work, and guess
what, there are plenty of manual configurations to be done "correctly" or it
won't help at all.
I also don't see any instructions from MS KB for how to set up even the very
basic of configuring two NICs as the server "demands" to have two NIC in
order to set up VPN.
it's a kind of task for people earning overtime pay but certainly does not
produce any productivities for a business.
Anyway, simply gave up.
