VPN security question

I have a quick question. I connect to my PC at work from my PC at home
using OpenVPN and Remote Desktop. If I browse web pages using a
browser running on my home PC while OpenVPN is connected, is it
possible for my employer to know what web pages I have visited?

Thanks

Adamu,
Thanks for your reply. I am not a sys admin myself so I'm not sure how
to find this out. Can you please direct me? My company of course has a
firewall and I am running the ZoneAlarm firewall on my home PC. To
connect I right click on the OpenVPN icon in the system tray, choose
"Connect," and then am prompted for a password.

I poked around in the OpenVPN config files and all I found regarding
the topic of authentication was the following:

# If you are connecting through an
# HTTP proxy to reach the actual OpenVPN
# server, put the proxy server/IP and
# port number here. See the man page
# if your proxy server requires
# authentication.
;http-proxy-retry # retry on connection failures
;http-proxy [proxy server] [proxy port #]

Thanks

connection, is it through Firewall, RADIUS etc.....That will help us
