It is working perfectly fine. 200.200.200.x is a publicly asigned IP# range
that must be assigned to a customer by an ISP. When you have enabled
"gateway on remote network" it works because it routes via your internal
system. But when you disable "gateway on remote network" it will try to
route to that set of addresses via the Public Internet. That IP# range is
currently owned by "Latin American and Caribbean IP address Regional
Registry". If that is not you and the people who own it are not actually
using the particular IP# you are trying to contact, then there is obviuosly
nothing there to connect to, or the service you seek isn't running and
available on the specific Host.
