I want to set up a Remote Dial Up server and I want to know which port I

If they are dialing in, you don't need to open any ports.

Before it reaches the Dialup server, it has to go via firewall, and I need to
allow traffic go via the firewall.

Have you configured the server to accept a VPN connection? Can you
connect from a local client over the LAN?

If that works, you should be able to connect to the firewall's public
interface if you forward tcp port 1723 to the server's LAN IP (assuming you
are using PPTP). If you get a 721 error, your firewall is probably blocking
GRE, which is essential for this to work.
