VPN problem in Win 2003

Well i just purchased this dedicated server and i set up a VPN serve
through windows.

So my server ip address is 91.121.168.200 .

I've set up the vpn server to provide a range from

91.121.168.1 ~ 91.121.168.255 to my clients.

Now there seems to be an issue.

Once connected to the server i might get the ip address 91.121.168.
and it works. Another time i am assigned with 91.121.168.2 and it works
Then sometimes i get assigned to 91.121.168.3 and my connection freeze


As i've noticed, once connected to that ip, i can send out data but
dont receive any data. I am not able to browse any page or do anythin
that involves me to be connected. So i have to disconnect from the vp
and reconnect to get another ip. What seems to be the problem here? Som
ips allows me to connect to anything i want , but some, it sends ou
data but never receives any

First of all, I would not use 91.121.168.x IP which is public IP addresses.
Posting the results of both server and client ipconfig /all may help.
