Two ways.
1. If the VPN is activated from the Crtl-Alt-Del Prompt at logon by enabling
the box that says "Log on using dialup connection",...then place a shortcut
to the script in the "All Users" Startup section of the Start Menu.
2. If the VPN is activated after the User has reached the Desktop, then
place a shortcut to the script in the Desktop section of the All Users
Profile and the user will have to be smart enough to manually run it
themselves.
You'll probably have to do it both ways at the same time since the users
won't always remember to log in properly like in #1. In both cases you will
probably want the shortcut to point to a script on a server so that it is
not possible to execute it when the VPN is not active because they can't get
to the script. Running a script like that might cause wierd stuff if the
VPN is not active.
Of course an additional option is like what I do,...I go out of my way to
never ever need startup scripts and never use them,...so I don't have to
worry about such things.
