I'm having problems getting my VPN connection working. This setup was working
before and stopped working for some reason. What happens when I try to
connect is it goes to verifying username and password and then errors out
with a 721. When I do a netstat on both machines I can see the connection but
if I go into Routing admin under ports it doesn't show any ports being dialed
into. I've looked in the event logs and it doesn't show any errors or
anything so I'm not even sure where to look. Any help on this would be great.

Thanks,
Troy Lynch

Try this hotfix from MS

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

Fixes an issue that affects alot of VPN users, causes errors when programs
attempt to connect to loop-back addresses other than 127.0.0.1. Service Pack
2 blocks these addresses; users receive an error message saying that it
cannot establish a connection.
