Very strange issue! Have a newly built Win XP Pro computer. I set-up a VPN
connection to office and it connects no problem. Re-start the computer, try
VPN connection and get message 721.

On the Windows 2003 server where RRAS is installed there is a message in the
System section of Event viewer that suggests a GRE problem. In the
c:\windows\tracing one error I find is Error adding route, Stack bit == 0.

However, this same computer can connect to other VPN's no problem. I
re-build computer again, go through the same process and same problem, first
time connects, re-start computer and then fails to connect with 721. Many
other computers can connect to this same office with no problem.

So it seems, just this computer specifically can not VPN to one office, yet
other VPN connections work fine and other computers can VPN to this office.

Driving me nuts
