VPN Error (sometimes)

I use a vpn to connect to my Windows 2003 Server. The VPN works fine...
until I disconnect. Then when I try to connect, I get a VPN error 628. No
matter what I do, I cannot re-connect. But if I wait long enough, then try
again in say, 30 minutes, I can connect just fine. Any ideas on why I'm
having this problem? All ports must be open correctly and the VPN must be
setup right or it wouldn't work at all... right? Thank you in advance for
any help you can give me.

Check if there is a new firmware for the router. These search results may help,
