VPN Error 781

One of our remote user use to dial our Win2003 Server via VPN connection
without problem. Today she is getting this message and unable to connect to
Win2003 Server: (She is using Win98)

"Error 781: The encryption attempt failed because no valid certificate was
found".

How to deal with this problem? Any hint would be highly appreciated.

She tried it this morning and it connects fine. Strange, I haven't done anything yet. Thanks for your help anyway, I used it as a reference.
