VPN Drop Issues Solved for Me....

I had the same problems as most people here with VPN drops
after five minutes. Here is what I did:

- reset my base station to access point mode from router
mode (wait a minute or so)
- plugged the ethernet cable from my cable modem into a
separate router's WAN port (I have a four port D-Link that
I bought for about $10)
- plugged an ethernet cable from the D-Link router into
the wireless router (port 1,2,3 or 4 - not the WAN port)
- released and renewed the IP address from my laptop.

That's it.... works like a charm. Let me know if this
works for you.
