VPN How to desired

Anyone able to point me to a "How-To" guide explaining how to configure a
Windows 98SE computer to communicate with a VPN router using pre-shared keys
and IPSec. I've got the router up and running. I need to know what to do on
my Win 98se computer.

I've installed Dial Up Networking 1.4 and the L2TP/IPSec updates.
