VPN connection removed,I need it back,please help me !!!

I also have trouble that a unfriend software removed my VPN
connection from my "Network and Dial-up Connections",when I make a
new connection,"connect to a private network through internet "option
had been disabled,who guys have idea to fix such problem (I guess in
registry) ,please please do help me.thanks a lot.

See if your "Telephony" service has been disabled. If it has, then set it
to "Automatic" and start it.
