vpn connection not working with mn700 base

After setting up a mN700 base station my vpn connect does
not connect. I am using win2000 pro. My connection ids
made through a DSL modem to the MN700. If there are any
issues with this please let me know. Thanks

You need to open ports for the VPN connection. Typically
it's port 500 or port 1723, depending on the type of VPN.
What VPN are you using?
