VPN assigns server's LAN IP to clients

I'm testing Windows server 2008 and I have an issue with the VPN.

The server is inside a LAN with a router which assigns IP addresses vi
DHCP.
When I try to connect via VPN I can connect to the server but i
assigns the same LAN IP of the server and i can't connect to th
network.
I've tried setting that the server should assign an IP from a range an
when I connect I get a different addres but can't connect to the LAN.

What makes me mad is that last saturday it worked like a charm and o
monday i got this error.

Please, let me know if anyone has a solution.
