In most cases, the answer is no because the LAN doesn't have router to
192.168.1.101. However, you should be able to access 192.168.1.101 computer
using the PPTP IP which is 10.10.10.x. If you have WINS or DNS for the VPN
client, you may be able to do that using the VPN client hostname.
