VPN and XP Pro or Server 2003

Hi. I need to set up a VPN for use by several users (maybe a dozen or
so). I was able to configure XP Pro and clients and this worked fine
until multiple users tried to connect at the same time. They got error
937 "Because another connection of your type is in use, the incoming
connection cannot accept your connection request." I'm assuming there's
simply no way to get XP Pro to accept multiple incoming VPN
connections. Is this correct?

Now, will Server 2003 solve this issue? Is there some minimum level or
configuration of Server 2003 that's required?

Sorry, XP Pro VPN is peer to peer VPN. yes, windows server will solve this issue.
