Normally you would want to correct this on the LAN that you are connecting
to via VPN. Configure the LAN Proxy, firewall, router to allow VPN clients
to use the Internet.
If you want to do this on the client side and your companies security policy
allows it, you can simply remove the check mark from the "Use default
gateway on remote network" box on the VPN connection properties. Warning -
this opens a security hole for the LAN that you VPN into. If someone where
to gain access to your PC via the Internet while you are connected to the
VPN, they would also have access to the VPN's LAN. Check with your IT
group..
