Hello,
I am trying to add a VPN connection using the network wizard. When I select
the second option "connect to the network at my workplace" and click on
"next", the following screen showing the two options "dial up connection" and
"vpn connection" are both greyed out and I cannot proceed to the next screen.

I am connected to the internet via broadband and the OS is Win XP. Any
suggestions? Thank you.

Ayesha

You might try posting in a newsgroup for your OS since this is an OS
issue & not a hardware issue.

Here is an example of one where people might be able to help you.

microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web

Please do not contact me directly or ask me to contact you directly for
assistance.

If your question is worth asking, it's worth posting.

If it’s not worth posting you should have done a search on
http://www.google.com/ http://www.google.com/grphp?hl=en&tab=wg&q= or
http://news.google.com/froogle?hl=en&tab=nf&ned=us&q= before wasting our
time.

If I sound hostile or arrogant you need to read the following before
posting a question "How To Ask Questions The Smart Way" at
http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html (The site I've linked
to just has this article I think people should read before posting a
technical question.)
