VPN account and MAC address

Hi,

We plan to restrict VPN use. All machines which can dial in network with
VPN connecton must be registered. Is there any way to bind MAC address with
VPN account in Windows system?

You realize that restricting anything by MAC addresses isn't a great idea?
Why not use IPsec/L2tp, and control based on certificates?
