VPN with 2.6 dialup system?

Hello,

I want to be able to connect from the outside to my home computer (linux
2.6) via VPN from my Win XP laptop.

I've read some material from freeswan.org, but it seems that connecting to a
dialup system (no static IP) is rather difficult.

Any experience with this situation?
