vonage cisco ATA 186 and NAT'ing

I posted here recently asking what iptables commands were necessary to
NAT a Vonage cisco ATA 186. It appears I was wrong in presumming
anything was necessary, it now works with nothing special on the linux
NAT'ing gateway.

My previous problem may have been a bad ethernet cable or port on my
hub.
