voip faqs? Cisco voip phone

Hi

I have got my hands on a CISCO voip phone.

How do I use it?

I have ADSL and know zilch about VOIP apart from that it stands for voice
over internet protocol!

So some general reference would be great?

Like what equipment I need to get the phone working?
