No, and it doesn't need to,..just like DHCP doesn't need to "support" ftp,
http, https, telnet, or anthing else.
DHCP gives out the TCP/IP config,...VoIP has nothing to do with that.
Another **big** issue here is,...Scopes are not for "devices",...they are
for IP Segments. What "devices" you run on that segment has nothing to do
with DHCP or the Scopes. So if there is already a Scope for the IP
Segment,...the phones will use it.
