Voice over MSN with MN-700

Hi there.

I guess that I have to set up ports with "ports
forwarding" on my hardware in order to be able to use MSN
messenger with voice.

Does anyone know what ports that I am supposed to free up
for this? Also do I select TCP or UDP?
