I know its vague, you can't be sure, but you have to start somewhere.
Changing to a better filter is probably the easiest thing to try.
All filters are not created equal. Take a look here

You'll see the solwise versions (***). See the key below the pictures.
Filters with three stars can cause problems with DECT. Four stars plus
*usually* don't.
