Vodafone dongle and Vista?

Every time the Vista laptop is turned on and the Voda broadband USB
dongle inserted, it offers to install the software from the dongle. As
it has already been installed, it is pointless to install it again, but
it offers to every time. I simply close the pop up and the Coda
software is there, already running in the background. Is there some way
to stop this?

Why not complain to Vodafone? It's their dongle!

I saw that option in the panel, but thought it might be a global
setting affecting all dongle which might might be plugged in. Is it
global or would changing it just affect this one dongle?

Thanks, I'll give that a go.
