vista connecting to the internet

ive had windows vista for the past 7 weeks and still havent been able to
connect to the internet ive had my internet provider out tested my connection
thats all fine just cant undersatd y it wont connect can any 1n help pls

Which of Microsoft's Broadband Networking hardware products are you running?
