Use Net Watcher. To install it, go to Control Panel | Add/Remove
Programs | Windows Setup | System Tools. To run it, either click
Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Net Watcher or click
Start | Run, type "netwatch" in the box, and click OK.
