I have VS running with two guest OS's already installed. The server it is
running on only has 2 physical Nics. I want to build four more guest OS's.
I want all 6 guest OS's have to static IP's from my own scope. I
experimanted with the Internal Network option with one of these guest OS's.
After setting the guest to Internal Network I got an IP Address of
10.237.0.16 and now it cannot communicate on my network. I made a
reservation in DHCP with the MAC and assigned it a static IP however it still
will not work. What am I doing wrong here ? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

You can't do that. You have to use the same physical Nic that is actually
on the LAN.

Every "selection" in the dropdown list in VS for the nic must be thought of
as a different "wire".

Physical Nic#1 is one "wire"
Physical Nic#2 is one "wire"
Internal is one "wire"
Each "Microsoft Loopback Adapter" you install is a separate "wire"
