You can't do that. You have to use the same physical Nic that is actually
on the LAN.
Every "selection" in the dropdown list in VS for the nic must be thought of
as a different "wire".
Physical Nic#1 is one "wire"
Physical Nic#2 is one "wire"
Internal is one "wire"
Each "Microsoft Loopback Adapter" you install is a separate "wire"
