Virtual IP in Windows XP`

Hi there ,

Is there any restriction to the number of virtual IP aliases that can
be configured in a Windows XP Machine. I am getting a problem in the
booting up of the machine when the number of Ips crosses 8000. It
becomes mandatory to boot the machine in the safe mode after that and
All the IP aliases are erased by the windows XP. How can I fix this
one.

Any help on this regard will be appreciated.
