Agree with your comments but Virgin let themselves down. I am on the 4mb
with a SB3100 modem which will not work at the 10mb speed, if or when
Telford gets upgraded (no doubt last again), so I suggested to Virgin that
perhaps they might change it before the rush. Apparently it can't be done. I
have to wait till after the upgrade, find I can't get the new speed,
complain and then they will send me a new one. I love their forward
planning!!!!
